For a short stay

Start with arrival, the room and the meeting journey. If meals and laundry can be handled separately for your visit, do not pay for a facility you will not use simply because a longer-stay category sounds attractive.

For a fortnight

Treat cooking, washing clothes, cleaning and work time as repeated tasks. Ask about the exact unit and quote conditions. A kitchenette in a building description does not prove that your selected room has one.

A fair comparison uses complete terms

Use the same dates and party, then compare accommodation totals and confirmed extras. Leave unknown charges unfilled. Cancellation, early departure and extension conditions can be more consequential than a headline nightly amount.

Use the full checklist

Work through Long stays before asking for a quote. Use the destination guides for the journey you will repeat, and the hotel shortlist to inspect named candidates.

Read the ipartment briefing to compare its kitchen, shared laundry and digital-arrival arrangement.
